Harry Leach is often present at Mifflin contest with his catering truck, parked near the airport terminal building.  He offers sandwiches, burgers, donuts, coffee, etc.  Homemade pies are an occasional specialty (they tend to go quickly).

The contest offers cold drinks from a refrigerator located in the briefing hangar.  Pay by depositing cash in the marked container.
